FOUNDATIONS OF MOVEMENT

ABOUT FOUNDATIONS OF MOVEMENT

Join artist Sydney Hallett for eight weeks of movement and dance aimed at deepening mind-body connection and moving both intentionally and freely. Through the lens of contemporary dance, students will explore how their body moves through a variety of exercises and games. In this beginner friendly class, students can expect to learn foundational technical skills as well as explore their own artistic impulses. Come play, explore, and connect in a space that encourages playfulness and individuality!
