call for new board members

For the past few years, Solo Chicken Productions has been working to radically rebuild our policies and company structure as part of our ‘Better Together’ initiative. ‘Letting inclusion lead’ us, we are reimagining what true access means for SCP with the goal of building a resilient, relevant company that is financially stable, champions inclusion and is ready to face current and future challenges.  One of the ways we plan to actualize our goals is to grow our Board of Directors to more fully reflect the communities we serve, play and work with.

With this in mind, we are putting out a specific invitation for expressions of interest to join our board of directors from working professionals, artists, and community members who identify as having an intellectual and/or physical disability, Autism, or dual diagnosis. We are also interested in hearing from able-bodied/neurotypical individuals who have personal or professional experience advocating for accessibility and inclusion.
